HOW WE'RE
WE LOVE PAPER
And we use a lot of it here.
But we’re also very aware that it comes from a very precious resource.
That’s why we ensure that all our papers and card come from
responsibly and sustainably sourced forests. It is all FSC certified.
And most of it is made just up the road from us, in the beautiful Lake District.
We have to send our cards in protective pouches to protect the delicate designs,
but these are all made from potato starch rather than plastic, and are fully biodegradable.
Our cards are printed in eco-friendly inks. Plus, our studio is powered by green energy.
Looking after the environment really is very important to us,
and we will always do whatever we can to safeguard the future of our planet.
INFORMATION
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
We aim to send all of our cards out the next working day via First Class Mail with Royal Mail - we post Monday - Friday.
This means that you should have your card about three days after ordering -
but bear in mind that the postal system can slow down a little at busy periods.
We don't usually send items out via tracked or next day options,
as they tend to add so much to the cost of the card.
But if you're in a hurry and you'd like a price for this, please do get in touch.
All of our cards are sent in full-board envelopes, so they should reach you in pristine condition.
Should you wish, you can choose to send cards direct to the recipient.
We will add a personal message from you, and send it out in a colour-matched envelope,
just as if you had sent it yourself!
