WHOLE IN THE MIDDLE RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 28 days of purchase to discuss a return.

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been personalised to your specification, unless they are faulty or damaged.

For non-personalised items, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please contact us before returning items, and we will do what we can to make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: 
Any refunds will be issued once eligible items are returned and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within five working days, which then may take a few days to process depending on your bank.
